This notice covers the Clint Forge website, online payment, and the enquiry information and diagnostic materials you share with us.

Clint Forge is operated by Chengdu Qiushan Qiusuo Technology Co., Ltd. You can contact us using the email link on this page with questions about personal information or requests for access, correction or deletion.

This website uses secure order links instead of customer passwords, does not sell personal information and currently uses no advertising trackers. We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure visitors, page views and referral sources so we can understand how the website is used. These analytics do not use tracking cookies; URL query parameters and fragments are removed before reporting. The cf_locale cookie remembers your English or Chinese preference for one year; later visits may renew it. The cf_checkout cookie binds your payment session to its order for up to three hours. After you open your order page link, the cf_client HttpOnly cookie permits access to your paid order and materials for up to seven days; the order page link can be reused and expires 30 days after the order closes. You can delete or restrict cookies in your browser; doing so during checkout may prevent order recovery on this device. Fonts are served by this website. The checkout page loads PayPal’s SDK and hosted components, which may use cookies and device information for payment security under PayPal’s privacy policy.

Checkout sends your order reference and service amount to PayPal. PayPal handles your payment account or card details in its hosted components or payment window under its privacy policy; this website does not collect card numbers or security codes. We store your company billing details, contact email, accepted agreement snapshot and acceptance record, service and quote, order and transaction references, verified payment and fee records, and service follow-up records in our commercial database to verify payment, provide the service and handle refunds. The website is hosted on Vercel; the commercial database is hosted by Neon. Records needed for accounting or legal obligations may be retained separately from diagnostic materials.

Your contact details, emails and attachments are used to respond to enquiries, confirm service scope and provide the agreed service. Diagnosis requires only relevant redacted exports and screenshots. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details or unredacted customer names, emails, addresses or other personal information.

Transactional order emails are sent through Resend. Uploaded materials and reports are stored in Vercel Private Blob, with order authorization required for downloads; public download URLs are not provided. Website hosting and email providers may process IP addresses, request records or email content to deliver pages and messages and maintain service security. Gmail and Outlook compose links open the draft in the selected service for you to review and send. External services follow their own privacy policies. Third-party processing or international transfers of customer materials are subject to the project’s written agreement.

We use AI to assist research, coding and testing, with human review and testing of deliverables. Sharing materials with us does not automatically authorize their transfer to external AI services. External tools processing customer materials are subject to the agreed tools, material scope, redaction and processing conditions.

Retention periods and deletion arrangements for diagnostic materials are specified in the project agreement. Emails, agreements and business records may need to be retained for contractual, accounting or legal requirements. You can request access, correction or deletion by email; we will explain any records that must be retained. Publishing customer identities, materials or case studies requires separate written permission.

The date on this page reflects its latest revision. Changes to information handling on the website or in our services will be reflected here. The information handling of new privacy-relevant tools will be described before they are introduced.
