This policy covers the Timesheet Approvals for Jira app provided by Chengdu Qiushan Qiusuo Technology Co., Ltd. ("CLINT FORGE").

## What the app processes

Jira worklogs and issue keys and summaries visible to the signed-in user, Atlassian account IDs and display names, and the submission and approval records the app creates (dates, durations, worklog comments, notes, approver decisions and send-back reasons).

## What the app does not collect

The app does not collect email addresses, IP addresses, analytics or tracking data, and sets no third-party cookies.

## Where data is stored

Only inside Atlassian's Forge platform, in Forge app storage for your Jira site. The app makes no requests to servers outside Atlassian, and the provider has no access to your data. Data residency follows the capabilities of Forge hosted storage.

## Why it is processed

Solely to display timesheets, record approvals and produce the reports you request inside your Jira site.

## Retention and deletion

Records remain until they are removed or the app is uninstalled. After uninstall, Atlassian deletes Forge app storage according to its data retention policy.

## Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share data. Atlassian processes the data as the hosting platform under its own terms and privacy policy.

Contact clint@clintforge.com with any request about your data. Because data never leaves your Atlassian site, most requests can be fulfilled directly by your Jira administrator; we will help where needed.
