You get the report, one round of written questions about it, and the fix applied under your authorisation. Covers the diagnosed problem only. Replacing the sync app, migrating history, reviewing the whole catalogue and guaranteeing the platform's own fix are excluded. Order the audit ## Connection repair — Quoted after diagnosis Scope and fee confirmed in writing before any work When the problem sits outside a single incident — a broken app connection, a mapping that needs rebuilding — the diagnosis states the work and the fee, and you decide whether to proceed. An audit fee paid in the last 30 days for the same problem is deducted. Access and changes require your written approval.
